Saffie and the team are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. What I particularly love is her honesty — I’ve never felt pressured into having a treatment or felt that she is simply trying to sell me something. She takes the time to listen to what is bothering me, explains the different options and recommends what she genuinely thinks will work best for me. I’ve always been really pleased with my results and I completely trust Saffie’s advice, which is so important when you’re having treatments on your face.
