During your consultation, our skin specialist will assess your skin tone, texture, and concerns to determine if the PhotoFinish Facial is suitable for you. We’ll talk through your goals—whether that’s brightening, evening tone, reducing pigmentation, or boosting collagen—and create a personalised plan to ensure you get the best results from your treatment journey.
The PhotoFinish Facial combines IPL and non-ablative fractional laser technologies in a single session for total skin rejuvenation. IPL light pulses target pigmentation, redness, and sun damage, while the fractional laser smooths texture, minimises pores, and stimulates collagen renewal. Air cooling is used throughout for comfort. To complete the treatment, we Dermastamp a customised skin booster or exosomes into the skin for enhanced hydration, glow, and regeneration. Treatment time is approximately 45–60 minutes.
Most clients experience mild redness and warmth after treatment—similar to a sun-kissed glow—which typically settles within hours to a couple of days. Some pigmentation may darken before flaking away as the skin renews. There is little to no downtime, and most clients return to normal activities immediately. Skin will appear brighter and more radiant within days, with continued improvements over the following weeks as collagen production increases.

Most clients describe the treatment as comfortable with a mild warming sensation. The built-in air cooling system and numbing cream (if needed) ensure minimal discomfort throughout. It’s significantly gentler than ablative lasers with less downtime.
Visible results can be seen after just one session, but for optimal improvement in pigmentation, texture, and collagen, we usually recommend a course of 3–5 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
Downtime is minimal. You may experience slight redness or warmth for a few hours post-treatment, and some pigmentation may temporarily darken before naturally shedding. Most clients resume normal activities the same day.
We recommend avoiding makeup for the first 24 hours to allow the skin to settle and absorb the benefits of the treatment. After that, you can apply makeup as normal—although many clients find their skin looks radiant enough to go without!
